Highly Recommend Southeast Restoration! We recently dealt with extensive water damage at our home in Evans, and I am so thankful we called Southeast Restoration. From the very start, their technicians, Jesse and Josiah, were incredible. They immediately assessed the damage and provided the expertise we needed to navigate an insurance claim for this unfortunate event. What really stood out was the communication. Jesse and Josiah were responsive, open, and reassuring every step of the way. They were so helpful and personable that we actually had them join us for dinner the first two nights; we truly felt like we were getting to know family members rather than just contractors. From the estimators and project managers to the office staff, the entire team has owned every part of the process. They guided us through what could have been one of the worst experiences of our lives and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. Outstanding service handling a very complex water claim in my home. We were devastated by the loss and Southeast was there right away reassuring us that all would be ok. Matthew and Seth were magnificent in their constant communication and focus on keeping us updated along the way. With all complex claims there are some bumps, but they were quickly handled. Dylan, our project manager, was great at helping us understand the timeline and what to expect. The thing I liked most was the staff; they were very friendly and walked you through what they were looking at. An area for improvement would be invoice/pricing transparency. I understand that water damage is a dynamic situation and you won’t know the extent of damage until you open up, but estimates could be broken out a number of ways (square footage, labor, chemical volume for mold treatment, etc.). I take responsibility for not asking better questions for that and because I also hadn’t realized that when they provided an estimate, they weren’t including repairing the hole they had to put in the ceiling to take a look. The company I had used for a different house had factored all of that in, and that’s something I appreciated. It was an otherwise positive experience, and again, the staff/technicians were very helpful.

Southeast Restoration is an amazing company. We were fortunate enough to have our insurance agent send them to us after our 40-gallon aquarium ruptured and dumped all the water out on our hardwood floors. The mitigation team pulled up the floor and spent 4 days making sure the subfloor was dry. After, Raul Montes and his team took over. They replaced drywall, baseboards, put down new floors, insulation under the house, and painted. Three weeks later, our house looks wonderful. They are rock stars! Professional, caring, and understanding. They kept us informed on progress and completion time. You won’t go wrong with this company.

We had multiple leaks in our house throughout the year, and SE Restoration made the process easier for us, and we had a great outcome. Through the mitigation and then the restoration of almost our entire home, we were very pleased. Anything that we would complain about would have been out of their control (custom glass or tile from third parties taking longer than expected). Their crews were always taking their time to do their jobs and came out multiple extra times if we ever found something that needed to be touched up or done. As much as we liked the company, I’m hoping we never have to use them again! Lol. Would recommend (and already did) to friends and family.

I called my insurance company on March 31st at 8:45 a.m., and Jathan Cruz of Southeast Restoration was calling me at 11:00 a.m. to schedule someone to come out later the same day. Very impressed at how fast they were scheduling. From that day forward, everyone involved has called to schedule their appointment, and not one missed the time or rescheduled. In a time of stress, they took all the weight off my shoulders and handled every step of the project with confidence and professionalism. Randall and Kieran were the first people in my home. I found SE Restoration through ChatGPT in the wee early hours of the morning when I had a pipe burst. Was able to stop the leak and clean up a bunch of standing water, however, there was a LOT that had soaked into the walls, through a couple floors, into tile, carpet, and anything in-between. Once I called insurance and put my claim in, I reached out to SE Restoration and spoke to Tiffany. She was so empathetic, kind, and helped get us to Michelle for damage mitigation as quickly as she took down all the details. Michelle was just as easy to talk to and just as quick getting Dylan over to my house. I've done my fair share of contracting; pretty much anything you can touch or fix, I've been there. All that to say, Dylan is a consummate professional. He took amazing attention to detail, kept me in the loop on every single step, wrote an even better report for my claims adjuster with insurance (they even complemented the thoroughness and quality of the report), and made sure that my house was completely dry without having to demo everything. It was surgical. I can't say enough kind words about how SE Restoration came to my family's and my aid and did a perfect job. As long as they (or me) is around, they will be the first call I make.

Their team worked efficiently to remove all of the things damaged by the water while doing a thorough job of documenting the damage. They quickly began removing the dampness by using fans and dehumidifiers. I had a very good experience with Southeast Restoration. They came quickly to assess the situation. They were able to move all of my things out of the space that was damaged into another room. Everything was completely dried out before they started their work. They took out the damaged carpet. Removed everything that was damaged by water from the toilet leaking. They dried out everything completely. The room has now been restored, painting has been done, carpet has been laid. The bathroom has new flooring and a new toilet and vanity. All of the gentlemen were very nice and very helpful. They showed up when they said they would be here and completed the work. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but I would definitely call this company.
